Tip #2 DRINK MORE WATER

Water removes fat faster and keeps your body working properly. Drinking more water makes your intestines move every day and that's what you want. It will help you with your weight loss. If you become dehydrated while doing light exercise, your body no longer has enough fluid to carry blood to your organs. This is dangerous and will make you sick and will not stick to your new lifestyle changes. If you are sick all the time, you will abandon your weight loss journey. Drink at least 1 ounce of water for every 2 pounds of body weight a day.

Tip #3 CONSUME FEWER CALORIES THAN YOU BURN

Calculate how many calories you need to maintain your desired weight with this formula: body weight (in pounds) x 13. Next, determine how many calories you can burn through exercise: One-half hour of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise burns about 350 calories. in the average man, and a half-hour of rising burns about 200. Keep your daily calorie intake below that total. So if you weigh 200 pounds x 13 = 2,600 calories. Now if you cut your calories to 2,000 and did half an hour of moderate exercise, your calorie intake would be 1,650. You will lose weight! Even if you cut just 300 calories and got half an hour of exercise, you win!

Tip #4 REDUCE YOUR CARBS

Eating too many starchy foods, such as potatoes, rice, pasta, and bread, provides your body with more than it needs to store energy and glycogen; whatever is left will be stored as fat. You don't have to cut carbohydrates entirely, but you must cut back and change your eating habits. Include more protein, fruits and vegetables in your daily eating habits and you will notice a difference. For men, you need at least 56 grams or more of protein and for women 46 grams or more a day.

Tip #5 LIMIT YOUR SUGAR CONSUMPTION

Excess sugar consumed will be stored as fat. Satisfy your treats occasionally, but try to limit your sugar intake to fresh fruit. Replace sugary drinks like soda and juices with water, coffee, tea, or diet soda.

Tip #6 AVOID DRASTIC CALORIE REDUCTIONS

Going on a low-calorie diet will set you up for failure. It is not realistic and you will not stay with that. Gradually reduce your calorie intake each week until you don't feel hungry after cutting calories. Start with maybe cutting 100-200 calories a day and do this for a week. Gradually, reduce a few more calories each week, but do not drop below 1,200 calories per day.

Tip #7GIVE INTO YOUR CRAVINGS

If you have to have that piece of cake or you're at a party, then eat it. If you deprive yourself, you may want to eat the whole cake and not stop. Eat a piece and start again tomorrow.

 Tip #8 CONSIDER FAT-BURNING SUPPLEMENTS.
